Now entering its 14th year, the Beirut Groove Collective is a collective of vinyl DJs, crate diggers, music obsessives and artists. For over a decade, the BGC has thrown one of the SWANA region’s most popular underground clubnights in Beirut, the BGC All-Nighter, which has built an international reputation for its distinctive sound and attracted some of the world's leading DJs, turntabalists, crate diggers and record collectors. At their parties, the BGC plays obscure and underground clubbing records from the ‘60s-‘80s from the Middle East, Africa and around the world, an eclectic mix of Lebanese ‘60s Garage and Beat, Bellydance Psych, Arabic Disco, Latin Tarab, Armenian estradayin, Ethiopian and Sudanese Jazz, Rare Soul and Funk, Psychedelia and much more.

The New York Times included the BGC clubnights in their list of the "Top 15" parties around the world, and they've been featured everywhere from The Guardian and Monocle Magazine to ARTE, the BBC, Time Out London and Vice Magazine.

Starting as an underground funk and soul party in the living room of community space Zico House in Beirut, the party soon evolved into its present day strictly-vinyl format, expanding musically to showcase some of the pioneering records and diverse music scenes that came out of Beirut – a cosmopolitan hub for music – and the wider region in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Over the years, the collective has helped shape Lebanon’s alternative clubbing culture, throwing regular parties in basement clubs, abandoned beachside villas and warehouse spaces in the forgotten fringes of Beirut. Six years ago, the BGC evolved into a weekly clubnight in Beirut and in 2021, the collective brought their clubnights to London with monthly residencies in grassroots venues across the city, as well as guest appearances at festivals, clubs and community spaces around the world.

Baile LDN and Untamed Frequencies are teaming up to bring the best of the Lagos and London club scenes together for a genre-defying night of percussive and soulful club sounds. Sensei Lo's Untamed Frequencies started as a radio show fusing together the vibrant rhythms and melodies of Africa with cutting-edge electronic sounds from across the globe, before transcending into one of the hottest underground music gatherings around - throwing parties in Lagos, Accra, and now London.

Baile LDN was founded in 2019 by Mango Park and Emily Dust to explore the connections between baile funk, UK funky, kuduro, gqom, amapiano, afrohouse and other percussive club sounds. Rohan the producer, an East London-based DJ and producer with Caribbean roots, blends soulful beats influenced by his diverse upbringing. His debut EP 'Fake' (2019) earned critical acclaim, supported by industry heavyweights like Carl Craig, Marco Carola, and Richie Hawtin.

Cruise Control is a new rave from Danny Rankin (Kurupt FM) in collaboration with The Hackney Social.

Focused solely on good music and good people and not confined to genre, Cruise Control provides a handpicked selection of London’s hardest selectors across Dancehall, UK Garage and Funky through to Jungle and everything in between.

DJ Perception is easily one of the best UKG selectors in the scene. His dedication to authenticity within his productions and his legendary DJ sets have earned him recognition and respect from the scene’s biggest players. Expect high energy and the most exclusive bumping 4×4 and slick 2-step.

Saige Sounds is a DJ and Broadcaster hailing from South London, who has been playing all over the place recently! Forever digging and drawing inspiration from her upbringing and surroundings she interweaves a deep spiritual selection of music. 

Motu has carved himself a unique sound with styles of grime, garage and dubstep, incorporating these elements into hybrid UK Funky beats and wide-reaching DJ sets. Definitely not one to miss!

M Hunny has been banging out sets recently, with her Voices radio appearances worth checking out! She’s also the head of slow-fashion brand Barbara Bianco - expect M Hunny to smash it out in style.

Aroop Roy is a producer, musician and label head, who joins the dots between electronicmusic and borderless organic sounds. From house, garage and techno to jazz, disco and global rhythms, his productions have become a mainstay across scenes and generations, with Gilles Peterson calling him 'a brilliant producer, who never fails’.

DJ, Singer and Promoter, Ella Knight is in high demand for her tasteful selections across a broad range of Soulful House, 90’s pumping House, Garage and Classic Disco. An accomplished singer since 2016 and an alumni of Gilles Peterson’s Bronwswood’s ‘FutureBubblers’, Ella has taken to DJing and performed legendary sets across London including The Cause, XOYO, Corsica Studios and more.

In support is a killer selecta Mille Watts who is a knowledgeable and versatile selector with a wide knowledge of genres on the fringes of electronic dance music. She will be providing high-energy, feel-good music to keep you grinning & grooving until the AM!
